Thayer and Jay

BCE had so much fun executing Thayer and Jay's recent wedding at the Colony Club in New York City. Thayer decided to wear an amazing Carolina Herrera black and white dress instead of a traditional wedding dress. The flowers were incredible from Brooklyn designer Sarah Rhyanen at Saipua. It was a really magical and fun night. Here are few images that I took from my phone but you can find more on Susan Stripling's site.

New York New York

You can't get more old school New York then The Pierre. BCE had an amazing experience working with Anna and Justin on their New York wedding. Check out some of the details below:
Jen Stone of Stone Kelly wowed with seasonal flowers,
transforming the room into a spring garden. A close friend of the bride and graphic
designer Courtney Goldsmith of Spot Winston Studio hand drew all of the
table cards with the brides favorite flowers.

Mini ice cream cones and frozen bottles of vodka were passed out on the
dance floor as the George Gee Swing Orchestra got the crowd moving.

Caught on their balcony - I love this picture from the very talented
Charlotte Jenks Lewis.

Connecticut Elegance

A beautiful garden wedding in Litchfield, Connecticut was the perfect way to welcome the fall. With the help of local floral designer Sarah Worden and stylist Kyra and Rob Hartnett, BCE created a romantic and elegant garden wedding. See some of the details below:

Escort cards were displayed on a grass covered table to evoke a
natural vibe.
The dinner bell was rung to move guests from the garden into the tent.

The head table was covered in the Bride's families antique lace.
Local wild flowers were scattered in small arrangements around the table.

The cake, designed by Love Street Cakes was a replica of the chateau
were the couple lived at business school.

The bride and groom and their guests gathered to light paper lanterns
into the sky as a farewell.

A Swiss Retreat

The perfect kick off to an amazing wedding weekend with Annabel and Pascal. To honor his Swiss roots, the welcome dinner was themed as such, complete with Alpenhorn players and Swiss chocolates.
Alpenhorn players greet guests as they arrive.

Banquet tables and checked cloths helped to carry out the theme.

Handmade cows for guests to sign were placed at each table,
which added decor and a keepsake for the couple.

Swiss chocolates with fresh mixed berries
was the finishing touch.

Sweet Home Alabama

A nod to the couple's Scottish roots, a bagpiper
announces the wedding party.

A clear tent allows the living oak trees on the bayside property
to be the star of the decor.
Flowers by Jerry Sibal at Design Fusion add a combined feel of
southern charm with a cosmopolitan  edge.

One of three outfit changes - this local soul band led the party into the night!

A Southern Barn Party

A welcome dinner to kick off an Alabama wedding weekend is set a a local barn. The menu of fried chicken, ribs and coleslaw makes the guests feel right at home.

The dinner buffets are set out on old fashion wagons.

Elegant table arrangements by Jerry Sibal at Design Fusion brighten the room.
